meeting up for drinks is always an “investment”

some people are sufficiently important to you
that the “investment” is negligible
while other people who are less important to you…
well you never make the investment

This message came during a chat. It was a random conversation over a topic I can’t even remember. It pretty much sums up the reason why friends lose touch. Your value depreciate over time and before you know it, your value is depleted.

When was the last time you spent moments of your life with someone of no value to you. Someone, who will not make you richer ?

What happened to the good ol’ times during childhood when you spend time with others because you enjoy the company, the conversation?

Random act of kindness. The world lacks of it.
